Job Role:

JWH is in need of seasoned professionals adept at navigating Upwork. We are looking for someone who can score us projects for Ebook, Blog Writing and Social Media Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Discover new leads and secure business deals on Upwork.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable solutions.
• Design and execute strategic plans to boost our service visibility on freelancing platforms.
• Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
• Conduct negotiations on contracts and pricing to ensure win-win outcomes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist, Sales Representative, or a similar role within the freelancing industry.
• Thorough knowledge of platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
• A track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills along with the capacity to build and sustain client relationships.
• Expertise in crafting sales pitches, proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong desire to deliver results.
• Ability to independently and remotely manage your workload, scheduling, and task prioritization.
