The recruit Care Team has a number of vacancies that need filling throughout 2023 by international Nurses. We are a leading provider of nurses to England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. We provide all the relevant training for you to become a fully qualified nurse.

Recruit Care Team is one of the largest recruitment specialists and is looking for Surgical Nurses to work in theaters, we are looking for Pre, Post, and during-operations to help our surgeons.

The candidates will have specialty and experience in this field.

Scrub Nurse

Operation Theater Nurse

Job Responsibilities

We expect all our Nurses to effectively deliver skilled nursing care to patients using a systemic approach of assessing planning, implementing, and evaluating to ensure a high standard of care.

They will provide support with effective patient admission pathways and effective discharge planning using their clinical skills.

To proactively engage with patients, relatives, and careers to seek their views, gain agreement, and keep them informed about their treatment and care.

Maintain registration, and nursing competencies, and comply with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and related documents.

Should be flexible to work in all departments to meet the demands of the workforce and changing service needs.

To have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team to adapt and change according to workloads.

Job Requirements

English Language, IELTS or OET

A diploma or Bachelors in nursing is mandatory

Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year experience is required.

A proven track record of working in a similar adult care environment.

Excellent communication skills.
