Store Executive

  • Inventory management.
  • Receiving of material from suppliers.
  • Stock reconciliation.
  • Data entry in ERP.
  • Issuance of material.
  • Any other additional task assigned by higher management.
  • Must have 1 year or more of store-related experience.
  • Maintaining demand requisitions.
  • Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standards.
  • Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts.
  • Verify all the last-day activity(In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
  • Analysis of the aging of stocks & communication with the management about obsolete Stock.
  • Strong coordination with team, and user departments.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Inventory management system.
  • Introducing SAP, extra points of knowledge about this.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
