Role Overview:
As a Global Technical Recruitment Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for our prestigious clients in the IT and Energy sectors. You will be working in a remote capacity, utilizing your expertise in business development, candidate sourcing, and networking through platforms like LinkedIn and other job boards.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients from global IT and Energy companies, presenting our recruitment services and building strong, lasting partnerships.
Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial client meetings and job profiling to sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract top-tier technical professionals.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are consistently met and expectations exceeded.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to offer expert advice to clients and candidates.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline to ensure quick and efficient fulfillment of future staffing needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in IT and Energy industries, with a successful track record in working with global companies.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Strong business development acumen and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Extensive knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other job boards to identify and engage potential clients and candidates.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with remote team members and clients across different time zones.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored talent solutions to clients.
