International Sales Representative / BPO / Cold Caller

Objective

We are seeking a Full/Part Time Freelance experienced International Sales Representative / BPO to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. If your cold calling and management skills meet our expectations, then it will be a great achievement to build our company and hire you immediately. The candidate should be well aware of the basic knowledge of digital marketing and web development, however, the candidate will undergo extensive training to deal with potential clients and offer them our services.

Job Description

• Must have strong interactive communication skills to build sustainable relationships of trust and turn the leads into sales.
• Eager to learn a deep understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
• Responsible to follow the punctuality and the set of instructions provided by the Manager.
• Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their need.
• Schedule on-call meetings, and appointments for service demos with the potential clients to get the deal done.
• Educate potential clients & create their interest in the service.
• A good listener boosts the score of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Background of O/A Level, however, bachelor, and master are also encouraged to apply
• Proven work experience as a Sales Rep / Telemarketer / Call Center 1-2 years
• Must have a good knowledge of digital marketing
• Must be fluent in British / American English
• Must be available during US / UK working hours
• Strong Internet Connection and a Smart Phone
• Basic knowledge of keyboarding and MS Office skills

• First Month: You will be paid a probation salary of Rs 10,000/- plus Incentives ranging from Rs 5000 - 20,000/- per client or more from the start of the First month of the probation period.
• Second Month: After the first month’s successful probation period you will be paid a fixed monthly salary of Rs 20,000/- plus Incentives ranging from Rs 5000 - 20,000/- per client or more after getting on board from the Second month onwards.
