Home Health and Hospice - The candidate must have knowledge of Clinical Documentation.

Quality Assurance (QA)/Auditor for Clinical Documentation. Responsible for QA/audits of Clinical, POC Review, OASIS, Routine Visits for Nurses/PT/OT/HHA, and other Home Care compliance guidelines.

Ideal Role for a Candidate with Medical Background such as Nurse, Physician-Medical Doctor.

Candidate must be proficient in English language Speaking and Writing. Must be fluent in English communication. Axxess EMR experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40-45 per week

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs650,000.00 per year
