  • Support our global effort to standardize data and model documentation as part of a global cross-functional initiative
  • Evangelize and facilitate the development and implementation of quality controls and departmental standards to ensure standardized KPIs and consistent measurement methodologies

What We’ll Expect From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a quantitative analytics role, preferably in a high-growth environment, working across multiple stakeholders, teams, or businesses
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability and confidence to make conclusions and recommendations from data
  • Proactive communication skills and track record of setting and executing clear, realistic deliverable timelines
  • Ability to be efficient and work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Advanced experience querying data (SQL), developing DBT models, and performing the ad-hoc analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) required
  • Experience with data modeling in Looker or other BI tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Ability to effectively summarize analysis and communicate findings in the form of presentations (Powerpoint / Google Slides), and present those findings to leadership
