Assistant Manager Human Resources / HRBP

Calling out experienced (2-4 years) HR Professionals preferably with a hospital/health background and with a Master’s degree in HR from a recognized university.

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. Craft sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to top-level positions.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events/drives to establish a strong employer brand and attract/hire qualified candidates
  • Maintain talent pipeline with potential candidates and past applicants for current and future staffing needs Oversee/improve overall candidate experience
  • Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with our company’s strategy and business goal
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices related to compensation and benefits
  • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee reward/benefit programs
  • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data

Excellent Communication (verbal and written) with solid command over Ms. applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR ERP software (FlowHcm, People Soft, HRIS).
