We are a multi-division US transportation company looking for an HR expert to manage the recruitment, payroll, and HR of the organization across all business lines and departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate HR and Employee Relations issues, including:
- Conducting investigation-related interviews
- Drafting reports and proposing remedial action based on investigation findings
- Producing complete investigation documentation
- Analyzing data from various reporting systems to ensure swift progress on cases
- Management of stakeholders as related to the case ensuring appropriate closure
- Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively
- Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback
- Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Compliance and Legal teams on complex employee investigations
- Manage critical employee relations issues that are crisis-oriented to ensure successful completion within a limited time and SLAs
- Partner in the analysis and revision of people programs, policies, and practices. Capability to work with businesses to input into engagement or cultural plans to improve ER/IR situations and fix situations in the ER/IR hot spots.
- Help analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and Ability to manage ER/IR projects at large scale and to be engaged in complex case resolution
Pay Range: 85,000 - 115,000 per month
