Position Summary Details
The General Office Clerk is responsible for performing general office duties.
Essential Functions
- Document incoming and outgoing items
- Keep a tidy and organized work area
- Maintain stock of supplies
Responsibilities
- Verify computations against physical counts of stock
- Support other personnel as required
- Customer Billing
- Answering phone as needed
- Providing excellent customer service
- Other clerical office duties as needed
Qualifications
- One year of similar experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have excellent communication and writing skills
- Must know how to use Microsoft Office
Payrate: $17.00 an hour
