Guests are welcome and welcome as soon as they arrive at the office

Appropriate person and direct visitor to the office

Forward answers, screens and incoming phone calls

Make sure the reception area is well organized and equipped with all the necessary stationery and equipment (such as pens, forms and brochures).

Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone / email

Receive, organize and deliver daily mail / delivery

Maintain office security by following security policies and restricting access through reception desks (monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges)

Order front office supplies and keep a stock list

Other clerical receptionist functions such as filing, photocopy, transliteration and fax

For needs

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer technology skills and experience including word processing, typing, spreadsheets and databases.

Training and / or experience in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Point and computerized filing systems.

Pay with experience.
